What we do

Programs built to open doors.

From local fields to international training camps, She Calls It All Foundation creates real pathways for women and girls in sports officiating.

Training & Development

Officiating Clinics

She Calls It All puts on hands-on officiating clinics that teach the fundamentals of sports officiating — rules, mechanics, positioning, and game management. Clinics are free for youth ages 10–18, with a small fee for adults seeking professional training.

Mentorship

One-on-One Mentorship

Pairing aspiring officials with experienced mentors who have navigated the field before them. Our mentorship program provides guidance, accountability, and the kind of insider knowledge that only comes from someone who has been there.

  • Matched by sport and experience level
  • Regular check-ins and game evaluations
  • Network access to working officials
