It is our pleasure to introduce the Curaçao recipient of the She Calls It All Umpire Award, Jurrien Eugenia.
Jurrien is preparing to embark on a once-in-a-lifetime journey to Vero Beach, Florida, where he will participate in the prestigious MLB 1-Day Camp August 15th—an experience that will create memories, open doors, and shape his future in the game.
I will be joined by a dedicated member of our Board who will walk alongside him, providing mentorship, guidance, and support every step of the way. This is what She Calls It All is all about—creating access, building confidence, and developing the next generation of officials.

Because of this support, Jurrien’s flight, hotel, meals, and a special swag bag will all be fully covered—allowing him to focus solely on learning, growing, and embracing the moment.
