Our mission
She Calls It All Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating access, training, and opportunity in sports officiating for women and underrepresented communities.
We believe the field, the court, and the diamond belong to everyone — including the people who keep the game fair. Through clinics, scholarships, mentorship, and international partnerships, we are changing what officiating looks like from the ground up.
Meet the founder
Natola D. Hawthorne
Founder & Executive Director
Natola D. Hawthorne is a trailblazing sports official, educator, and advocate whose career spans multiple sports and levels of competition. As a certified umpire and referee, she has worked games at the collegiate and professional levels — breaking barriers in a field historically dominated by men.
Driven by her own journey navigating the officiating world, Natola founded She Calls It All Foundation to ensure the next generation of women and girls never have to fight those battles alone. Her work has taken her from local high school fields in Georgia to international training programs in Curaçao.
Natola holds a deep commitment to education, mentorship, and community — values that are woven into every program the Foundation offers.
